The 190-110742 Through Beam Photo Eye comes with both a transmitter and receiver and has a 32-foot range to function well with a wide variety of gate sizes. It projects a beam of light across an opening to the receiver. It detects objects in an opening when the beam is disrupted and fails to reach the receiver.
