The EL 16-60 Direct Burial Exit Loop is designed for installation under concrete, asphalt, pavers or gravel roads. Made of 16 AWG wire, it's designed to be durable and easy to install. With its 16' size and 60' lead-in, this loop is engineered for surface areas with a smaller width. A common installation of this loop is to tie it directly to the rebar before the concrete is poured. The wire used is UL 493 certified and designed for burial application. Without an air pocket, it prevents phantom detections caused by ground vibrations.
