The EL 52-40 Direct Burial Exit Loop is designed for us under concrete, asphalt, pavers or gravel roads. Made of 14 AWG wire, it's designed to be durable and easy to install. With its 52' size and 40' lead-in, this loop is engineered for a wide range of surface areas. A common installation of this loop is to tie it directly to the rebar before the concrete is poured. The wire used is UL 493 certified and designed for burial application. Without an air pocket, it prevents phantom detections caused by ground vibrations.
