The BEA Delayed Egress Maglock Kit is an all-in-one kit that includes a maglock, sounder, and key switch and is UL-listed. This door locking component can synchronize two single doors to create a double-door automatic system. It features a fire-alarm input and a selectable 30-second door prop alarm. The integrated LED colored lighting and flashes can be adjusted. There are also triggering options that can be activated when pressure is placed on the door. The kit includes (1) 1,200 lb Maglock, (1) resettable key switch, (1) external sounder, and (1) alarm signage. The mortise cylinder is not included.
