The Probe-75 is a vehicle motion sensor probe with a 75ft lead-in, designed for easy integration with security control boards, door, and gate operators. The motion sensor uses a low current consumption, making it a great solar accessory. This probe is designed to be buried and detect vehicles as they approach a gate, sending a signal to the control box to open the gate.

Installation Overview:

• Drill the Sensor Hole: Create a vertical hole measuring 1-1/2 to 2 inches in diameter and 6 to 12 inches deep at the desired detection location.
• Cut Lead-in Wire Slot: From the drilled hole to the edge of the roadway, make a 1/4-inch wide, 1-inch deep saw cut to accommodate the lead-in wire.
• Place the Probe: Insert the Free Exit Probe into the drilled hole, ensuring it remains vertical for optimal performance.
• Backfill with Sand: Fill the hole with dry sand up to 1 inch below the surface to secure the probe in place.
• Seal the Installation: Use loop sealant material to fill both the saw cut and the remaining portion of the hole, protecting the lead-in wire and probe from environmental factors.
