The Battery Powered Photo Eye, designed and manufactured by EMX, is an energy efficient photo eye with a compact design for gates and garage doors. It offers left or right adjustments to 90° and has an operating range of up to 50 ft. The transmitter and receiver have a power supply use of 12-24 VDC/AC with the option to save energy using the included lithium batteries that have a two year life expectancy. Using the battery option requires only one side wiring for simple installations.
