EMX Thru-Beam Photo Eye Kit (115 ft. Operating Range) - IRB-4X2

The IRB-4X2 is an EMX safety, reversing, or opening thru-beam photo eye for automatic gates and doors. This device is a more compact version of the IRB-4X and an external entrapment protection non-contact sensor that provides a signal from an RX receiver to the gate or door opener. The signal indicates if the beam is or is not obstructed. The IRB-4X2 operates up to 115 feet and has a red alignment indicator to provide a visual signal and make set-up easy.

This product is an accessory and should be used with an operator system that requires a B1-type protection device. It is not UL compliant and will not work with gate or door operators that require monitored safety devices. This photo eye works with any control board that accepts dry contact on input and features integrated sensor hood shields and a removable terminal block.
