The Heavy Duty Direct Burial Loop is a prefabricated loop and lead-in assembly designed and manufactured by Reno A&E. Specifically designed for direct hot asphalt overlay, this heavy-duty loop has cross-linked polyethylene wire insulation and cable jackets that resist the effects of reflective cracking that is common in asphalt installations as well as a water block gel filler that prevents water penetration. Stronger than most loops on the market, the Heavy Duty Direct Burial Loop has a four conductor, double jacketed cable construction and a two conductor, double jacketed lead-in cable. Moisture and chemical resistant, this loop has incredible thermal, electrical, physical properties that aid in its long-lasting, high-quality performance.
